After a long day on the lake and mountain adventuring you can retreat to the lakeside hot tub and savor the tranquility Lake Tahoe offers. Upon entering this lovely mountain home you will enjoy the breathtaking lake views from almost every room. Entry level offers a large kitchen and dining area with a fireplace that sparkles through to the living area. Two bedrooms, a full bath and a master suite completes this level. The master bedroom and dining/kitchen have french doors out to the large lakeside deck. Downstairs there is one bedroom and another full bath. There is also a sliding glass door to the sandy beach from this room Located on the prestigious Edgewater Drive in Dollar Point this home has parking for 2-3 cars at street level. Stairs down to the lawn and landscaped front yard and the entry. The Dollar Point Homeowners Association offer a swimming pool and tennis courts at the upper area and the beach and pier and additional tennis courts on the lake level during the summer months. Your escape awaits! Please note there are many stairs down to the house from the parking area.
