This roomy home offers an open living, dining, kitchen area with free-standing wood stove that will keep everyone cozy in the winter! Fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table so everyone can gather and have dinner together. Also on the entry level are two bedrooms and a full bath.

Upstairs there another bedroom, a full bath and a large loft - the loft itself will sleep 6!!

Just about 1.5 miles to Tahoe City. The driveway is level and can handle 2+ cars easily. In the winter the home is close to Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, Northstar and Homewod. The cross crounty ski area is only about 3 blocks away - you can ski there!! Snow shoeing is 1 block away.

Summertime is the perfect time to sit on the deck and enjoy the sun, hiking is just out the door, the bike trail starts by the house, 2 beaches are about 2 blocks away. Rafting is a little over a mile away as is golf, shopping, restaurants, etc.
