Enjoy amazing views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains from this graciously remodeled and updated home. Every room has been decorated with a carefree vacation in mind.

The open living/dining/kitchen area offers a wall of windows which face Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains. Whether you are in the living area, dining area or kitchen you will be able to enjoy wonderful views of the lake and mountains. The beautifully appointed and fully stocked kitchen includes granite counter tops and top of the line appliances. The living room offers fireplace for those chilly winter nights and lovely furnishings. The dining room has a large table so everyone can enjoy a meal together. There are two sliding doors to the large deck so you can even BBQ while enjoying the lake view.
There is one bedroom and a full bath on this level also.

Upstairs you will find a loft area with comfortable couches to enjoy the views and/or wait for your turn to be the foosball champion. The other two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with 2 sets of bunk beds and full bath are also located on the upper level of this home. 1 car garage.

Dollar Point is about 1.5 miles from Tahoe City and is minutes to the ski hills for winter fun. The bike trail starts at Dollar Point also and wanders all the way to Tahoe City and then West Shore and off to Truckee.

The Homeowners private beach, pier and tennis courts are about 1/2 block away - such an easy stroll! These are available spring, summer and fall.
The private pool and additional tennis courts are located about 3 blocks away +/- and are not available in the winter.
