A special home with filtered lakeviews off the back deck. This is a nicely appointed and well-equipped home in the desirable Dollar Point subdivision. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one full bath and 2 car garage. Upstairs there is a master suite with full bath, 1/2 guest bath and open living/kitchen/dining area. The livingroom has a wood stove, TV/DVD. The kitchen has an "ihome" - but you need to bring your ipod. A loft is above the kitchen area. There are sliding glass doors from the living room and the master bedroom which access the large back deck with gas grill in the summer. There is a wonderful lawn area in the back yard also.

The homeowners association offers pool, tennis, beach and pier during the summer months. Great location, great house!

Please be advised - This property has a driveway or access road that could be considered steep. We strongly encourage anyone renting this property during snow season (10/15 - 5/15) bring a 4 wheel drive vehicle and always carry chains.
