Tahoe Flair is a lovely mountain home with pride of ownership. Many decorator touches throughout the home show the owners creativity and makes this vacation spot a true Tahoe delight.

The owners have just finished remodeling this home to make it even more beautiful.

The entry level offers an open living, dining, kitchen area with wonderful hardwood floors, lots of windows and a fireplace. The kitchen has been remodeled with amazing granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Also on the entry level there is one bedroom with a king size bed, a full bath that has been updated with granite countertop and an above sink bowl, and a separate laundry room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms-one with a queen and one with bunk beds, a full bath that has also been remodeled beautifully and a loft for extra sleeping. All the beds have fun and cozy quilts and down comforters in the winter.

The front of the home has been landscaped and a new deck has been added so you can fully enjoy outside "living" in the summer time.

Great Location - Great House!

The Dollar Point homeowners association pool, tennis, beach and pier are available in the summer. Just minutes from Tahoe City and the popular ski areas of Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Homewood and Northstar.

Pleasant comfortable home We had a nice stay at this home near Lake Tahoe. The location was easy to get to and convenient to Tahoe City center. We spent two days at Squaw about a 20 minute drive. The home was comfortably furnished and had the ammenities we needed.
