This beautiful updated 3 bedroom/2 bath mountain home, that sleeps up to 10, offers just about everything you would need to begin your Tahoe memories!

The owners have just added a HOT TUB!! Just outside the back door is a wonderful, muscle and soul soothing hot tub. There is nothing like a soak in the tub while the snow is gently falling!

The slate entry way opens to the spacious great room. The living-room features an amazing lodge-style rock fireplace that soars up two stories and the red couches are delightfully comfy (nap anyone?). The dining room seats 10 - and in the summer you can dine outside as well.

The kitchen is spacious and features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is extremely well appointed. The laundry room is also on the entry level as is a full bathroom with shower.

For the true techies - the owners have installed a 47 inch flat screen TC with Cable, Blue-ray/DVD, Apple TV and stereo system with iHome connect and WiFi broadband.

The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds with down comforters and flat screen TV's, Blue Ray DVD's and iHome Bluetooth alarm clocks. The third bedroom is host to 2 twin bunk beds, each with a twin trundle providing room for up to 6 children to snuggle in.

In the summer, the backyard features a BBQ, table with umbrella and chairs. The HOA beach and pier is about a block away. There are charming little eateries and a market about 50 yards away. Right next door to this home open space to play and explore.

This home was updated this year and all the amenities are new - linens, towels, pot/pans, etc., etc. The owners have equipped the home with just about every amenity they could think of and enjoyed or missed at fine hotels and rental homes over the years from in room music to even the smaller details such as hairdryers and a spice rack. In case they have missed anything - they (and we) welcome your suggestions!

** Payments can be made by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or e-check. A non-refundable pre-payment is due at the time of booking. The balance will be due 60 days prior to your arrival date. This amount will be automatically charged to the credit card provided unless payment is made prior to the due date. A reservation made 60 days or less prior to occupancy is due in full at the time of reservation.
