This delightful home is available for a ski lease beginning in January for 4 months

The name of this home West Shore Serenity says it all! Located in the peaceful neighborhood of Tahoma, this home sits one block up from Lake Tahoe.

This beautiful updated 3 bedroom/2 bath mountain home, that sleeps up to 10, offers just about everything you would need to begin your Tahoe memories.
The owners have just added a HOT TUB !! Just outside the back door is a wonderful, muscle and soul soothing hot tub. There is nothing like a tub while the snow is gently falling!

The slate entry way opens to the spacious great room. The livingroom features an amazing lodge-style rock fireplace that soars up two stories. The red couches are delightfully comfy (nap anyone?). The dining room seats 10 - and in the summer you can dine outside as well. The kitchen is spacious and features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is extremely well appointed. The laundry room is also on the entry level as is a full bathroom with shower.

For the true techies - The owners have installed a 47 inch flat screen TC with Cable, Blue-ray/DVD, Apple TV and stereo system with iHome connect and wifi broadband.

The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds with down comforters and flat screen TV's, Blue Ray DVD's and iHome Bluetooth alarm clocks. The third bedroom is host to 2 twin bunk beds, each with a twin trundle providing room for up to 6 children to snuggle in.


The home was updated this year and all the amenities are new - linens, towels, pot/pans, etc., etc. The owners have equipped the home with just about every amenity they could think of and enjoyed or missed at fine hotels and rental homes over the years from in room music to even the smaller details such as hairdryers and a spice rack. In case they have missed anything - they (and we) welcome your suggestions.

The owners have worked hard to make sure the interior of the home is ready for your vacation, and continue to improve and upgrade the exterior as we write this - so keep an eye out for many more improvements!

***************** Excellent bang for your buck! We just got home from an outstanding stay in this rental. There were nine of us in total: 4 adults and 5 children. The home's living space is great. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out without feeling like you're on top of each other. The owners thought of everything-- from games, seating areas, hot tub, fire pit and lots of towels (my personal favorite.) The kitchen is well appointed and I especially appreciated the hair dryers and iron/ironing board. The house was cozy, comfortable and welcoming. The location is great. Walking distance to the children's park, little shops, restaurant, Chambers Landing and the beach. I'd definitely rent here again.
*********************** My family has stayed in a number of vacation rentals, and I have to say that this place topped them all! Firstly, the location was excellent; everything we wanted to do was a short car trip away. We have 3 young ones, so that is very important!
