This charming home is now available for YOUR vacation headquarters!

The entry level offers a nice level driveway which leads to a 2 car garage - wonderful in the winter! Up a few steps to the spacious downstairs bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with 2 single beds and a full bath with a tub/shower.

Upstairs there two more bedrooms - both with queen beds, a full bath with a large shower and the open living, dining, kitchen area. The living area has hardwood floors with area carpets, comfortable couches facing the woodstove insert, a flat screen TV. The kitchen has recently been remodeled and offers beautiful granite countertops. The kitchen is very well equipped. The dining table will seat 6 people. There are also 2 bar stools at the island counter.

The owner has just purchased new bedding for the bedrooms and new towels for the updated bathrooms.

The homeowner association offers a swimming pool, 2 sets of tennis courts, private beach and pier access in the summer. The bicycle trail is less than a block away and hiking is just a little further.

For winter fun Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood are just about 15-20 minutes away- this does depend on weather conditions and sometimes traffic - and Northstar about 25-30 minutes away.
