A newly updated and nicely furnished condo! The owners have done an excellent job furnishing and decorating this unit. Set in the tall pine trees of Kings Beach, this home offers a fun, woodsy feel.

On the deck off of the living room, there are both a gas and a charcoal BBQ (available in the summer only), and the living room has a lovely gas fireplace that can warm the entire condo on a cold winter night. There are TVs in both of the downstairs bedrooms and in the living room a big TV and VCR. Please note: Loft is acessible by ladder only.

The pool and tennis courts are available in the summer, and it is located just minutes from Northstar ski resort. The quaint town of Kings Beach is less than a mile away with golf, sandy beaches, restaurants and shopping.
