Downstairs offers a master bedroom with a king size bed with full private bath; two more bedrooms - one with a king size bed and another with twin beds and a second full bath.

Spacious upstairs living - dining area, with open-beam cathedral ceiling; gas fireplace; table seating for eight, plus two at breakfast bar. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric range, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, all cooking/serving utensils, dishes. Also upstairs is the fourth bedroom with a queen size bed and private third full bath.

All the beds are new, and all bedrooms have TV with DVD and/or VCR. All high-quality linens provided.

This beautiful lakeview townhouse has three parking spaces, outside entries; large deck with gas barbeque over landscaped courtyard with filtered lake views, plus smaller lakeview deck. Steps from beach and private pier on Lake Tahoe. Common area includes volleyball, tennis, pool/jacuzzi (summer only), and open-pit barbeque.
