upstairs offers an open living - dining area, with cathedral ceiling; gas fireplace; table seating for 6+. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric range, dishwasher, fridge, all cooking/serving utensils, dishes. Also upstairs is the fourth bedroom with a queen size bed and private third full bath.

This townhome has two parking spaces, outside entries; large deck off the dining area, plus smaller deck off the upstairs bedroom. Steps from beach and private pier on Lake Tahoe. Common area includes volleyball, tennis, pool/jacuzzi , and open-pit barbeque - these amenities are only available in the summer.
