Dollar Point Tranquility is an inviting place to enjoy, with a spacious interior and a stellar location.

This home features a garage space for one car, a bonus for winter time vacationers, as well as a covered walkway from the garage to the front door. Please limit cars to a maximum of 3 in the winter months.  Street parking is NOT allowed November to the end of May per Placer County.

Entering the home on the first floor, you will discover the large common area which includes the open living room and kitchen as well as the dining area. With lots of windows, this room is bright, well lit and comfortable with amazing views of tree tops and the Lake. The living area has a beautifully built stone fireplace, along with a TV and DVD player, great for a relaxing evening. Heading outside from this floor bring you to the extensive deck to which has a new, soothing hot tub and makes for a great outdoor area to enjoy during the summer and winter. Included on this floor is a half bath, and the Master bedroom complete with a king bed and its own full bathroom with shower and separate jacuzzi tub.
 
Descending the stairs to the lower level of this home is a spacious family room, with plenty of seating, a large screen TV, and access to outdoors. This level includes another master bedroom featuring a queen bed with its own full bathroom. There are 2 other bedrooms also, one featuring 2 singles, and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds, which offers our guests an abundance of sleeping arrangements.  There is a third full bathroom and a laundry room.

This home also belongs to the Dollar Point HOA which offers a swimming pool, ping-pong table, tennis court, playground, picnic areas, private beach, BBQ grill, and pier access  (in the summer months).
