Featuring an easy access two-car garage, an added bonus for winter vacationers.

As you enter the house, there is an upper and a lower level.

The upper level offers a generous common area and a wide open floor plan for the living and dining areas and large open kitchen, creating a great space for everyone to get together. There is plenty of seating, as well as an entertainment center with TV and DVD. The kitchen has plenty of room for more than one cook, updated appliances, lots of granite counter space and an island with additional seating. 

Also, on the upper level is a full bath, and two bedrooms with queen sized beds. 

On the lower floor there are 2 additional bedrooms and another full bath. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, while the other offers two singles. 


This home does NOT have air conditioning.

*SUMMER 2020 AMENITIES UPDATE: 
FOR USE OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES, DOLLAR POINT ASSOCIATION WILL CHARGE RENTERS A $10 DAILY USAGE FEE PER PERSON 6 AND OLDER, LIMITED TO 8 ( Adults AND children) PEOPLE PER HOME. 
Amenities are NOT available to guests on Saturdays and July 2,3,4     
THIS INCLUDES USE OF:
• Sandy Beach with BBQs, Beach Volleyball, Umbrellas and Lounge Chairs
• Pier
• Tennis Courts
• Swimming Pool with diving board, pool furniture (reclining lounge chairs and tables with regular chairs and umbrellas)
• Picnic Area and BBQs, Bocce Ball, and Horseshoes  
These fees, terms, and limitations are subject to change by the HOA, without notice,  and neither SLT nor the Owners of the property will be responsible for any modifications regarding the usage of Dollar Point HOA amenities.

For winter fun, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood are just about 15-20 minutes away- dependent upon weather conditions and sometimes traffic - and Northstar about 25-30 minutes away.

Please be considerate, this is a smoke and pet free home.
We do not consider Service Animals to be "pets".

Kindly Note: Stay in Lake Tahoe Rental's office is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day and July 4th. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate check-ins and check-outs on these dates. Thank you for understanding.

Property
Perfect location, clean, and plenty of space and large driveway. Dollar Point is hands down the best spot given the HOA amenities.
