Dollar Point Tranquility is made to order for a multi-generation family getaway! 

After walking in the front door you will find yourself in a large great room with vaulted ceilings, open living room and kitchen as well as the dining area. The large well equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space.The living area has a beautiful wood burning stone fireplace (wood not provided), a TV and DVD player, great for a relaxing evening. Floor to ceiling windows fill the room with light and amazing views of tree tops and the Lake. Step out the glass doors onto a large deck with gas grill and soothing hot tub and you have a great outdoor area to enjoy during summer and winter.

The master suite is located on this floor with king bed, fireplace, full bathroom with shower and separate jacuzzi tub.
 
Down the stairs on the lower level of this home is a spacious family room, with plenty of seating, a large screen TV, and access to outdoors. There is another master bedroom featuring a queen bed with its own full bathroom. There are 2 other bedrooms as well, one with 2 singles, and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds. There is an additional full bathroom and the laundry room.
 
Internet is included with this property.


This home does NOT have air conditioning.

Parking: There is garage space for one car, a bonus for winter time vacationers, as well as a covered walkway from the garage to the front door. Please limit cars to a maximum of 2 in the winter months.  Street parking is NOT allowed November to the end of May per Placer County.

This home belongs to the Dollar Point HOA which offers a swimming pool, ping-pong table, tennis court, playground, picnic areas, private beach, BBQ grill, and pier access (in the summer months).

SUMMER 2019 AMENITY UPDATE:  Beginning 6/24/19, Dollar Point Association requires a Guest Access Fee of $10 per person per day to use the amenities listed below.  Children under 5 are FREE. Maximum of 8 people.  These fees, terms, and limitations are subject to change by the HOA, without notice,  and neither SLT nor the Owners of the property will be responsible for any modifications regarding the usage of Dollar Point HOA amenities.
